Hi Brenda. Great message! I think if all people in the world would forgive each other, the world would be a more peaceful place. Keep up the good work.
Great message! What really impacted me was “you have to forgive yourself before you can forgive someone else.” I have always believed that we have to love ourselves so that we can love others so having you explain the forgiveness in that way makes sense. I never would have thought of that. Forgiving the judgment we hold in ourselves–and loving the other person for the good that is in them. Enjoyed listening to you! Thanks.
I love the focus you bring to self-forgiveness. The last time you posted about it, I realized it’s a powerful key to living a freer life, because we so often make promises to ourselves that we don’t keep. When we can forgive ourselves for the exercise appointments we skip. or the tasks that don’t get done, we free ourselves from carrying around that unconscious guilt!
